3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔ Cancellations between 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
✔ Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: Non-refundable.

4. Service Modifications & Rescheduling

6. Limitation of Liability
✔ PICONOVAS is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, vendor cancellations) that may impact wedding events.
✔ In case of third-party vendor issues, PICONOVAS will assist in finding alternatives but holds no responsibility for external service failures.
✔ PICONOVAS is not responsible for personal belongings, lost items, or damages occurring during the wedding event.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
