3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations within 30 days of booking: Full refund minus administrative fees.
Cancellations between 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: Non-refundable.

4. Service Modifications & Rescheduling

PICONOVAS is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, vendor cancellations) that may impact wedding events.
✔ In case of third-party vendor issues, PICONOVAS will assist in finding alternatives but holds no responsibility for external service failures.
PICONOVAS is not responsible for personal belongings, lost items, or damages occurring during the wedding event.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

✔ All content, images, and designs on PICONOVAS are owned by or licensed to PICONOVAS.
✔ Clients may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any website materials without prior permission.
