At PICONOVAS, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless payment experience for our customers. This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms, accepted methods, billing process, and refund conditions for our wedding services and products.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment options for our customers:

✔ PayPal (for fast and secure payments)

2. Payment Terms & Conditions
For Wedding Services & Packages
✔ A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking for wedding planning services.
✔ The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the wedding date.
✔ Late payments may result in a 5% late fee and potential cancellation of services.
For Wedding Products (Dresses, Invitations, Decorations, etc.)
✔ Full payment is required at checkout before processing orders.
✔ Custom and personalized items require 100% advance payment and are non-refundable once production begins.
3. Currency & Pricing
✔ All prices on PICONOVAS are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
✔ International customers will be charged based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
✔ Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings/orders will not be affected.
4. Taxes & Additional Fees
✔ Prices listed on our website do not include VAT, customs duties, or additional taxes that may be applicable based on your location.
✔ International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by their country.
5. Security & Fraud Prevention
✔ We use secure encryption technology to protect all payment transactions.
✔ PICONOVAS does not store credit card details. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
✔ If fraudulent activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel transactions and suspend accounts.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
✔ Deposits are refundable within 30 days of booking (minus administrative fees).
✔ Orders cancelled 30-60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
✔ Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

7. Payment Disputes
✔ If you believe there has been an error in your payment or billing, contact us immediately.
✔ Disputed charges should be reported within 7 days of the transaction date for a timely resolution.
