At PICONOVAS, we are committed to providing exceptional wedding services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that changes may arise, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent Refund and Return Policy for our clients.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✔ Cancellation within 30 days of booking: Full refund minus administrative fees.
✔ Cancellation 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
✔ Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: Non-refundable due to service preparations.
✔ Service dissatisfaction: If there are valid concerns regarding the service quality, we will review and offer partial refunds or service adjustments accordingly.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once booked and confirmed:
❌ Custom wedding decorations and floral arrangements.
❌ Personalized wedding invitations and guest gifts.
❌ Bridal and groom attire rentals or purchases.
❌ Photography and videography services already rendered.
3. Modifications and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to your wedding plans. PICONOVAS offers:
✔ Free rescheduling up to 60 days before the wedding date (subject to availability).
✔ Modification of services (such as decoration themes, catering, etc.) with at least 30 days’ notice.
✔ Emergency date changes: Case-by-case evaluation for extreme situations (e.g., medical emergencies).
4. Return Policy for Wedding Items
For physical wedding-related products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
✔ Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Refunds will be processed once items are inspected and approved.
✔ Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

6. Processing Time for Refunds
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
✔ Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

In rare cases where extreme situations arise (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), PICONOVAS may provide flexible refund solutions on a case-by-case basis.
