1. Booking & Payment Terms
✔ Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to secure wedding planning services, venue bookings, and customized wedding packages.
✔ Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the event date.
✔ Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment gateways.
✔ Late Payments: A 5% late fee may be applied if final payments are not received by the due date.
2. Service Confirmation
✔ A booking confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
✔ Detailed wedding plans, including timelines, vendor coordination, and styling themes, will be finalized upon full payment.
✔ Any modifications to the services must be communicated at least 30 days before the event and may be subject to additional charges.
3. Pricing & Discounts
✔ All prices are transparent and fixed at the time of booking.
✔ Promotional discounts and special offers will be announced on our official website PICONOVAS and social media channels.
✔ Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔ Cancellations made within 30 days of booking: Eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
✔ Cancellations between 30-60 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
✔ Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: Non-refundable due to service preparations.

5. Product Sales & Shipping
✔ Customized Wedding Items (invitations, decorations, dresses, etc.) require a non-refundable payment upon order confirmation.
✔ Shipping & Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon purchase. International shipping fees may apply.
✔ Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or exchange.
6. Customer Responsibilities
✔ Provide accurate and complete information for booking and purchases.
✔ Adhere to the agreed payment schedule and contract terms.
✔ Notify us in advance of any special requirements or modifications.
